Role & Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job portals
  
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients or hiring managers.
  
• Maintain and update the candidate database regularly.
  
• Understand client requirements for various non-IT roles across departments such as sales, marketing, operations, customer service, accounts, and administration.
  
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  
• Meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets and ensure timely closures.
  
• Stay updated on current hiring trends, job market, and recruitment best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
  
• 14 years of experience in

  non-IT recruitment

  or relevant staffing roles.
• Strong understanding of various non-technical functions and roles.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Hands-on experience using job portals, social media, and professional networks for sourcing.
  
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and deliver under deadlines.
