Job Description:

PGM & Associates is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, have good communication skills, and a basic understanding of recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups)
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview schedules and feedback
• Handle job postings on various platforms
• Support HR activities and documentation as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, BBA, or a related field
• Internship experience in HR or recruitment preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
