Role Description

This full-time on-site role is for a Recruiter at Rainbow International School, located in Thane. The Recruiter will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring efforts, and onboarding new employees. Additionally, the recruiter will work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs, ensure timely hiring, and maintain relationships with potential candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing recruitment strategies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the education sector is an advantage
