Globiva is Hiring Quality Team Lead (Insurance Sales Process)

Location: Gurgaon (Haryana)

Shift: Day Shift

Working Days: 6 Days (1 rotational off)

Process: Insurance Sales (Voice Process)

Globiva is looking for an experienced Quality Team Lead to manage and guide the quality team for our Insurance Sales process. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in quality audits, team management, 7 QC tools, and call calibration, along with the ability to drive process improvement and maintain high-quality performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Quality Analysts for the Insurance Sales process.
• Monitor and evaluate call audits to ensure compliance with process and client parameters.
• Conduct calibration sessions with the internal and client teams to maintain consistency.
• Utilize 7 QC tools and data analytics to identify trends and improve quality metrics.
• Prepare and present detailed quality reports and action plans to management.
• Drive continuous improvement through RCA and CAPA initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality (BPO domain – Insurance preferred).
• Minimum 1 year as a Quality Lead or handling a team of QAs.
• Strong knowledge of sales call auditing, 7 QC tools, and calibration techniques.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
