Quality Team Lead

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Oversee inspection (examination) of IQC,FCA ( First Card Approval ), In-process QC, Final QC ensuring that they meet requirements.
• Advance Product Quality planning activities and responsible of New Product onboarding Process flow, pFMEA and control plans, Checklists, E2E & Pilot Testing
• Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products.
• Handling Customer Complaints including RCA / 8D.
• Lead a team of Quality engineers, inspectors, auditors, analysts, and technicians
• Work with customers, employees, contractors, and outsourcing firms to develop product requirements.
• Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.
• Conduct periodic management review; KPI review meetings.
• Controlling change & deviation management system.
• Controlling of Customer complaints & Operation incidents, Risk management process
• Carried out ISO, Card quality management (CQM), Internal Audit, Process Audit

Introduce Poke Yoke/ Automations and work instruction (Prevention and detection type )
