Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at Reliable Mechatronics Private Limited, located in the Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role involves responsibilities such as leading a team of 7 engineers, overseeing functions of Supplier/Inprocess/Plant & Customer quality. The candidate will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring product reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Hands-on experience of working in Automotive Quality domain.
• Knowledge of IATF & ISO standards.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with automotive or heavy machinery sectors is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
