Roles and Responsibility

  • Monitor calls to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coach and train team members to enhance their performance and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement effective quality control processes to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues and implement changes.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide feedback and constructive criticism to team members to help them grow professionally.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes, including call monitoring and coaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering high-quality results.
