Key Responsibilities Lead QA activities across incoming, in-process, and final inspection Manage customer complaints, 8D, RCA, and CAPA processes Coordinate internal audits, IATF readiness, and documentation compliance Ensure traceability, calibration, and QMS discipline across all departments Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality improvement initiatives Conduct quality review meetings and track quality KPIs Train team members on quality tools and SOPs What We’re Looking For 8–12 years of experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment (automotive or die casting preferred) Deep understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and core tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) Strong hands-on experience in managing audits, customer quality, and internal systems Engineering degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial preferred Excellent documentation, communication, and team leadership skills Why Join Us?
