Key Responsibilities:

• Support QMS Documentation: Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of QMS-related documents, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.

• Assist in Internal Audits: Help conduct internal audits of processes, ensuring that quality standards are followed and identifying areas for improvement.

• Monitor Compliance: Assist in tracking compliance with ISO standards or any applicable quality regulations.

• Data Entry and Reporting: Collect, record, and analyze data related to quality performance and generate reports for management review.

• Support Non-Conformance Management: Help track and manage nonconformances, corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA) for continuous improvement.

• Training Assistance: Assist in organizing and scheduling QMS training sessions for employees, ensuring staff are updated on quality standards and procedures.

• Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives aimed at process optimization and quality improvement across departments.

• Assist in Supplier Quality Monitoring: Collaborate in monitoring and evaluating supplier performance, ensuring their compliance with quality standards.

• Provide Administrative Support: Assist the QMS team with administrative tasks, such as filing, document control, and maintaining records.

• Assist in Risk Management: Support in identifying and mitigating risks related to product quality and business processes

Key Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: o A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Quality Management, or Business Administration.

Skills & Competencies:

o Basic understanding of quality management principles and systems (e.g., ISO 9001 / ISO 27001 or Both).

o Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

o Good communication skills (both written and verbal).

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

o Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Experience:

o 1-3 year of working experience required related to quality management, QMS, Auditing, documentation, Information Security & management.
