As QA Test Manager within the UKI Client Delivery organization, you will help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software and Identity & Fraud (ID&F) solutions. Reporting into Director of Testing - UKI, you will lead the testing strategy across a diverse portfolio of client projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of excellence and align with client expectations.

We are looking for a quality-first mindset, and 8+ years of experience in testing across functional, non-functional, and automation domains. You will collaborate with client partners, delivery leads, engineering teams, and product owners to embed quality throughout the delivery lifecycle and improve. You will be reporting to a Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Testing Strategy & Governance: Develop and implement comprehensive testing frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Leadership: Lead a team of testing professionals, encouraging a culture, and ensuring agreement on our goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards in testing.
  • Automation & Innovation: Guide automation programs to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability in testing processes.
  • Client Collaboration: Work with clients to understand testing requirements, ensuring their expectations are met with test coverage.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in client deliveries and implement mitigation strategies through structured testing approaches.
  • Performance & Security Testing: Ensure comprehensive performance and security testing, meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and refine testing methodologies based on industry trends and project insights to enhance overall delivery quality.
  • Partner Engagement: Act as the primary QA contact for client partners, ensuring, issue resolution, and understanding on quality goals. Collaborate with teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to embed quality at every stage of the delivery cycle.


Who we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience managing QA in client-facing delivery environments.
  • Experience with client delivery lifecycles, governance models, and partner expectations.
  • Expertise in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, and JUnit).
  • Experience with SOAP UI, Postman, Cucumber/Gherkin, and GenAI tools.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
  • And experience in requirement analysis and defect management.
  • Experience in performance and security testing, including compliance and regulatory testing.

Qualifications


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Agile Tester).
