Education: Bor Diploma in EE/ Mech Engineering

Experience: 10-15yrs

Job Description:

1. To develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards and Ensure all processes are documented and compliant with ISO clauses.

2. Facilitate internal and external audits to verify compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable quality standards.

3. Lead and participate in management reviews to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and recommend improvements.

4. Promote and implement risk-based thinking to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks to quality, and prevent recurrence, safety, and customer satisfaction.

5. Drive continuous improvement efforts through initiatives such as 5S, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen, focusing on reducing waste, improving efficiency, and enhancing product quality.

6. Manage and monitor supplier quality to ensure products and materials meet the company’s quality standards.

7. Conduct supplier audits and assessments, and collaborate with suppliers on corrective actions to address quality issues.

8. Ensure third-party inspections, certifications, and audits (e.g., UL, CE, compliance) are conducted when necessary.

9. Lead efforts in customer complaints management, analysing feedback, and ensuring corrective actions are taken to resolve quality issues.

10. Develop and implement ongoing training programs to ensure staff are adequately trained on ISO 9001:2015 principles and quality management tools.

11. Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement across all departments.

• Skills:

a. Proficient in ISO 9001:2015 principles, audit methodologies, and quality tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with root cause analysis, CAPA, and risk management.
• Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and electronic component standards.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
