We’re Hiring: QA Manager | PhysicsWallah (Noida)

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Corporate Office)

Department: Quality / Engineering / Operations

PhysicsWallah is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA function and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. If you are passionate about building robust QA processes and mentoring high-performing teams, we’d love to meet you!

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end QA function for product quality & release readiness.

• Build, implement, and manage QA processes, standards, and best practices.

• Mentor and lead a team of QA engineers (manual + automation).

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering & Dev teams to drive continuous improvement.

• Oversee test planning, execution, reporting, and defect management across releases.

• Review and optimize test cases, test scripts, and automation suites.

• Manage and scale automated testing frameworks.

• Set up QA documentation, SOPs, and release-readiness criteria.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills

✔ 12+ years of total QA experience, including 3+ years in team management

✔ Strong experience in both manual & automation testing

✔ Hands-on expertise with automation tools (Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Playwright)

✔ Strong background in test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle

✔ Ability to build QA strategy, frameworks, and processes

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management

✔ Experience collaborating with QA, Dev, and Product teams

✔ Ability to lead and mentor a growing QA team

Good to Have

➕ Performance testing experience (JMeter, LoadRunner)

➕ Agile/Scrum exposure

➕ Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

➕ Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
