Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and proactive QC Manager to lead our testing team and ensure the highest quality of our software products. As a QC Manager, you will oversee the testing and validation of all our products, drive quality assurance strategies, and manage the daily scrum meetings for the QA team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and AI engineers, to ensure the highest standards of product quality and performance are met. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily testing activities for the QA team, including conducting daily scrum meetings, assigning tasks, and tracking progress. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new and existing features. Oversee the creation of automation test scripts and integrate automated testing into the development pipeline. Coordinate and prioritize testing efforts across teams to ensure efficient resource allocation. Identify, report, and track defects and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution. Maintain comprehensive documentation of test results, defects, and other critical testing metrics. Collaborate with product, backend, and AI teams to define testing requirements and scope. Ensure consistent communication across teams to align testing efforts with product release timelines. Lead regular QA meetings to review team progress, blockers, and any emerging issues. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the QA team and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing workflow. Monitor and maintain the quality of testing tools and frameworks used by the team. Ensure compliance with best practices in testing methodologies, including test coverage, performance, and security. Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques related to quality assurance and testing. Technical Skills Required Strong experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing. Proficiency with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira or Trello. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and how to test them. Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar is a plus. Familiarity with database testing and SQL. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent understanding of documentation and reporting tools. Bonus: Experience with mobile testing (iOS, Android) and/or data-driven products. Personal Attributes Strong leadership and team management skills.
