Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager located in Meerut. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing long-term relationships with key clients. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients to understand their needs, providing timely solutions, and overseeing the delivery of products and services. The role will also involve regular client meetings, monitoring account performance, and implementing account-related strategies to achieve business goals. 🔑 About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive our online sales across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, and Zepto marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong business mindset, hands-on experience with ads, campaigns, product listings, and brand visibility, and solid connections with platform teams to ensure smooth onboarding and growth. ⸻ 🎯 Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow online presence across multiple marketplaces (domestic & international). • Create and optimize product listings with engaging content, A+ pages, SEO-friendly titles & descriptions. • Plan, run, and analyze advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, Google Shopping, etc.). • Build strong working relationships with marketplace category managers to unlock growth opportunities. • Develop pricing, promotion, and bundling strategies to maximize revenue. • Track KPIs – conversion rates, CTR, ROAS, inventory turnover, and profitability. • Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, logistics) to ensure timely stock and smooth fulfillment. • Identify new e-commerce opportunities and partnerships for expansion. ⸻ 👤 Candidate Profile • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) managing e-commerce for consumer goods, preferably in sports/fitness equipment. • Strong knowledge of ads, campaign optimization, keyword research, and analytics tools. • Excellent marketplace connections (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.) to fast-track onboarding and promotions. • Business-driven mindset: able to balance sales growth with profitability. • Hands-on experience in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and Seller Central tools. • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
