Ecommerce Manager

🔑 About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive our online sales across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, and Zepto marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong business mindset, hands-on experience with ads, campaigns, product listings, and brand visibility, and solid connections with platform teams to ensure smooth onboarding and growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow online presence across multiple marketplaces (domestic & international).

• Create and optimize product listings with engaging content, A+ pages, SEO-friendly titles & descriptions.

• Plan, run, and analyze advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, Google Shopping, etc.).

• Build strong working relationships with marketplace category managers to unlock growth opportunities.

• Develop pricing, promotion, and bundling strategies to maximize revenue.

• Track KPIs – conversion rates, CTR, ROAS, inventory turnover, and profitability.

• Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, logistics) to ensure timely stock and smooth fulfillment.

• Identify new e-commerce opportunities and partnerships for expansion.

👤 Candidate Profile

• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) managing e-commerce for consumer goods, preferably in sports/fitness equipment.

• Strong knowledge of ads, campaign optimization, keyword research, and analytics tools.

• Excellent marketplace connections (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.) to fast-track onboarding and promotions.

• Business-driven mindset: able to balance sales growth with profitability.

• Hands-on experience in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and Seller Central tools.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
