Job Title: E-commerce Manager Location: Mumbai (On-site) Experience Required: 2–3 Years Industry: Bags / Fashion / Accessories Job Summary We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to manage and scale our online business across leading marketplaces and D2C platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling Amazon, Myntra, Shopify, Meesho, and AJIO seller panels, with strong operational, analytical, and coordination skills. Prior experience in a bag or fashion brand will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Marketplace & D2C Operations Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon, Myntra, Meesho, AJIO, and Shopify seller panels Ensure smooth order processing, shipment tracking, and coordination with logistics partners Monitor platform health, account metrics, and resolve seller panel issues Product Listing & Catalog Management Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords) Maintain accurate SKU data, pricing, offers, and stock availability Coordinate with design/photography team for listing images and creatives Inventory Management Track inventory across all platforms to avoid stock-outs or over-stocking Prepare inventory planning reports and replenishment schedules Coordinate with warehouse and production teams Payment & Reconciliation Handle payment reconciliation for all marketplaces and Shopify Verify settlements, deductions, fees, commissions, and raise discrepancies if any Maintain weekly/monthly reconciliation and MIS reports Returns & Customer Issues Monitor returns, RTOs, refunds, and cancellations Analyze return reasons and suggest corrective actions Coordinate with customer support and QC teams for issue resolution Reporting & Analysis Prepare and analyze sales, inventory, return, and performance reports Read and interpret marketplace reports and dashboards Share actionable insights to improve sales and reduce losses Required Skills & Qualifications 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations Strong working knowledge of: Amazon Seller Central Myntra Partner Portal Meesho Supplier Panel AJIO Seller Panel Shopify Admin Experience in bag, fashion, apparel, or accessories brands preferred Good understanding of order lifecycle, logistics, and marketplace policies Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting and reconciliation Detail-oriented, organized, and problem-solving mindset Preferred Candidate Profile Prior experience working with a bag or fashion brand Ability to handle multiple platforms independently Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment Strong coordination and communication skills Salary & Benefits Salary: As per experience and industry standards Growth opportunities in a growing fashion & lifestyle brand Contact Call/whatsapp 8591699671
