Location: Mumbai (On-site)Experience Required: 2–3 YearsIndustry: Bags / Fashion / AccessoriesJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to manage and scale our online business across leading marketplaces and D2C platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling Amazon, Myntra, Shopify, Meesho, and AJIO seller panels, with strong operational, analytical, and coordination skills. Prior experience in a bag or fashion brand will be a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace & D2C OperationsManage day-to-day operations of Amazon, Myntra, Meesho, AJIO, and Shopify seller panelsEnsure smooth order processing, shipment tracking, and coordination with logistics partnersMonitor platform health, account metrics, and resolve seller panel issuesProduct Listing & Catalog ManagementCreate and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords)Maintain accurate SKU data, pricing, offers, and stock availabilityCoordinate with design/photography team for listing images and creativesInventory ManagementTrack inventory across all platforms to avoid stock-outs or over-stockingPrepare inventory planning reports and replenishment schedulesCoordinate with warehouse and production teamsPayment & ReconciliationHandle payment reconciliation for all marketplaces and ShopifyVerify settlements, deductions, fees, commissions, and raise discrepancies if anyMaintain weekly/monthly reconciliation and MIS reportsReturns & Customer IssuesMonitor returns, RTOs, refunds, and cancellationsAnalyze return reasons and suggest corrective actionsCoordinate with customer support and QC teams for issue resolutionReporting & AnalysisPrepare and analyze sales, inventory, return, and performance reportsRead and interpret marketplace reports and dashboardsShare actionable insights to improve sales and reduce lossesRequired Skills & Qualifications2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operationsStrong working knowledge of:Amazon Seller CentralMyntra Partner PortalMeesho Supplier PanelAJIO Seller PanelShopify AdminExperience in bag, fashion, apparel, or accessories brands preferredGood understanding of order lifecycle, logistics, and marketplace policiesStrong Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting and reconciliationDetail-oriented, organized, and problem-solving mindsetPreferred Candidate ProfilePrior experience working with a bag or fashion brandAbility to handle multiple platforms independentlyComfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic environmentStrong coordination and communication skillsSalary & BenefitsSalary: As per experience and industry standardsGrowth opportunities in a growing fashion & lifestyle brandContact Call/whatsapp 8591699671
