Job Summary


E-Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, website, etc.)
  • Plan and execute strategies to increase online sales, revenue, and customer engagement
  • Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images) for better visibility and conversions
  • Manage pricing, promotions, deals, and campaign planning across marketplaces
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for performance marketing, SEO, and brand campaigns
  • Track and analyze sales performance, ROI, traffic, and customer behavior using analytics tools
  • Handle inventory planning, order fulfillment, logistics, and returns management
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and resolve account-related issues
  • Lead and mentor junior team members and vendors

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management
  • Strong knowledge of major marketplaces and D2C platforms
  • Experience with online sales strategy, catalog management, and vendor coordination
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, dashboards, and Excel
  • Understanding of digital marketing, ads, and conversion optimization
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
