Job Description

We are hiring for Architect for one of our MNC Client.

Position: Architect

Location: Mohali

Experience: 2-6 Years

Education

Bachelor of Architecture.
Master of Architecture (not essential but will be a plus)

Experience:

2-6 years’ experience post-graduation as an Architect.
Prior experience and exposure in Retail / Hospitality and F&B Design is a must.

Requirement

Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods specific to F&B or retail environments (a must).
Experience in designing commercial buildings, Hospitality, Schools and Industrial building.
Knowledge of F&B or retail specific design considerations (kitchen layouts, display areas, customer flow) is an essential.
Strong design presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prepares well-coordinated designs which covers all the aspects of MEP and local regulations which are in place in their geographical location.
Effective use of relevant design software (AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Studio -Max, Rhino, Sketchup etc.) to create clear and concise drawings.
