Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager located in Meerut. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing long-term relationships with key clients. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients to understand their needs, providing timely solutions, and overseeing the delivery of products and services. The role will also involve regular client meetings, monitoring account performance, and implementing account-related strategies to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong account management experience and customer relationship management skills
• Proficiency in sales strategy development and execution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Analytical skills for monitoring account performance and implementing improvements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the sports and fitness equipment industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel for client meetings as required
