• Plan upsells, grow new revenue streams and drive revenue growth month-on-month
• Delivering presentations/training and demonstrations to clients and relevant stakeholders
• Exhibit in-depth knowledge of the company, product, service, or idea and drive initiatives at the
designated clientele
• Extensive traveling across the assigned geography to meet the clients/customers and resolve
queries and issues
• Collaborate with maintenance and installation teams for efficient project execution
• Scheduling and executing marketing campaigns on sites that are onboarded in the system
• Ensure all maintenance and site infrastructure is well maintained , and tasks are completed within
the assigned timelines
• Generating revenues by selling Add-Ons and new services to the clients and meeting activation
targets
• Share regular reports on customer feedback about product/services with management and other
Factors Influencing Client Acquisition
• Monitoring and driving personal KRAs with 100% compliance
• Build long term relationship with existing clients and interface with decision makers for repeat
business.
• Relationship management in a particular geography
• Cross-functional collaboration for execution of projects and new initiatives
• Manage on-ground operations and maintenance activities
• Key Account management and upsell from the existing client portfolio
• Client engagement and B2B sales and operations
● Should have excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills to work in a dynamic environment
● Comfortable traveling for client meetings
● Min. 2-6 years of experience in Sales/brand activation/business development
● Right exposure to handle customer expectations and work on resolution by aligning with internal
stakeholders
● Proven track record and working experience as a relationship manager
