Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Senior Accountant with strong exposure to US accounting to support a fast-growing startup environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting functions, financial reporting, FP&A, and cash flow forecasting. This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage US-based Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Prepare and review Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and financial reports
• Perform cash flow forecasting, projections, and budgeting
• Support FP&A activities, including variance analysis and financial modeling
• Identify and implement cost reduction and efficiency initiatives
• Handle end-to-end bookkeeping using QuickBooks
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting
• Work closely with founders and management to provide actionable financial insights

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
• Prior experience in US accounting is preferred
• Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks
• In-depth knowledge of AR, AP, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and FP&A
• Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Comfortable working in US time zone hours
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
