Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules (L-4/L-5) covering all phases – FEED, Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning.
• Prepare and monitor progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and S-curves comparing planned vs actual progress.
• Lead risk identification, maintain risk register, and implement mitigation plans ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost control systems, cash flow reports, and financial analysis.
• Liaise with procurement, finance, and project teams to monitor cost overruns and variances.
• Conduct delay analysis and prepare EOT (Extension of Time) claims with all supporting documentation.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders – vendors, contractors, and consultants – for project coordination and expediting.
• Prepare and review project documentation: progress reports, MOMs, method statements, and manpower plans.
• Support management with data-driven insights and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and company project control standards.
