· Live vehicle tracking & monitoring application
· GPS\SWM application monitoring
· Support to GPS, UHF, RF, GPS handheld devices
· Customer relationship and support, vendor co-ordination
· Attending toll-free calls\handling complaints and response to customers complaints (tickets)
· Support to network LAN/ WAN/ TCPIP
· Knowledge of CCTV- CCTV, NVR, DVR & Cameras, POE switch.
· Installation of operating system like, Windows 10 & Windows 11.
· Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, MS Teams Configuration, and account settings.
· Support to app like MS Office, cloud app & Troubleshooting.
· Support to desktop\Laptop both hardware and software related issue. assembling and installation of PC and hardware peripheral devices.
· Planned routine repairs and/or system upgrades.
· Network Layout using Cat 5, Cat 6, Cat 6A & Fiber optic cables.
· Installation and Configuration printers like personal/MFD etc.
· Awareness on network devices like, firewall, switch, WIFI devices, modem, webcam, USB devices etc.
· Backup & restore, disk backup, cloud backup etc.
· Joining PC in Domain\Workgroup.
· Basic support to Internet Broadband, ILL, Landline, EPABX telephony system, Mobile SIM.
· Familiar with browsers EDGE, Firefox, Chrome
· Support to biometric attendance systems, access control system and its communication
· Basic support to UPS, Stabilizer, Invertor.
· Security patches installation, firmware update, driver updates.
· Support to projectors, TV, meeting room setup.
· Vendors coordination
· Support to FTP, file server, share folder, SharePoint, file server.
