Job Title: Human Resources Intern Experience: Fresher to 1 Year Salary: ₹15,000 per month Location: Thane, Maharashtra Qualification: MBA in Human Resources or related field Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team at the Thane location. This is a great opportunity for recent MBA graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of HR experience to gain hands-on exposure to various HR functions and processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS. Support in documentation, compliance checks, and personnel file management. Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities. Assist in performance review coordination and attendance tracking. Provide support in payroll inputs and HR reporting. Handle basic employee queries and escalate when necessary.
