Job Summary:

The ICCC Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Integrated Command and Control Center (ICCC) operations for solid waste collection and transportation across Navi Mumbai. The role involves real-time tracking of vehicles, ensuring 100% route coverage, managing a team of data analysts, and coordinating with on-ground staff to address any operational discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the ICCC operations for municipal solid waste transportation and collection.
• Supervise a team of data analysts monitoring vehicle movement, route adherence, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure 100% coverage of designated areas as per daily route plans.
• Monitor real-time GPS data to track all vehicles and ensure operational efficiency.
• Generate and review hourly and daily reports related to vehicle movement, attendance, and exceptions.
• Proactively coordinate with drivers and field staff to resolve on-ground issues such as absenteeism, breakdowns, or missed collections.
• Escalate and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure minimal disruption in services.
• Maintain close coordination with HR and Admin for manpower-related concerns.
• Analyze trends and provide operational insights to improve performance and route planning.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, cleanliness, and municipal guidelines.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of solid waste management operations.
• Experience with GPS-based vehicle tracking systems and command center functioning.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis/reporting.
