- 5–8 years of experience in PMO, Delivery Operations, or Project Portfolio Management roles.
- Experience supporting or managing a large portfolio of 50–100+ SaaS implementation projects.
- Good understanding of the SaaS implementation lifecycle and HCM/HRMS delivery models.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies, governance processes, and risk/quality frameworks.
- Experience supporting revenue tracking, effort variance analysis, and margin reporting for services projects.
- Ability to manage project hygiene, baselines, documentation, and governance discipline.
Rocketlane / Project Management tool e xpertise (MANDATORY)
- Hands-on experience using Rocketlane for project tracking and reporting.
- Ability to build and maintain custom dashboards, views, and reports for leadership and delivery teams.
- Understanding of Rocketlane workflows, templates, automations, and integrations.
- Experience supporting configuration and optimization of Rocketlane for portfolio visibility.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel for financial analysis, forecasting, and portfolio reporting.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau preferred).
- Understanding of resource management fundamentals — allocation, demand vs. capacity, and utilization .
Leadership & Communication
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across delivery, finance, and product teams.
- Experience presenting project/portfolio insights to senior leadership .
- Ability to drive process adoption and influence teams to follow PMO standards.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders and following up on governance actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and update portfolio health across all regions’ ongoing projects.
- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards on progress, RAG status, risks, delays, and revenue impact.
- Maintain hygiene of baselines, project plans, and documentation .
- Financial & Forecasting Support
- Assist in tracking services revenue, effort burn, margins, and forecast accuracy.
- Identify variances and provide early signals to Delivery Managers and PMO Leadership.
- Risk, Issue & Quality Governance
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, escalations, and quality parameters.
- Ensure proper documentation of MoMs , decisions, action items, and governance trackers.
- Support PMs in following the delivery methodology and quality standards.
- Rocketlane Administration Support
- Build and maintain views, filters, dashboards, and portfolio trackers.
- Support automation, workflow improvements, and template usage across teams.
- Ensure consistent use of Rocketlane for CRs, risks, timesheets, and project status.
- Scope & Change Control Monitoring
- Track change requests, ensure documentation is complete, and maintain CR logs.
- Highlight scope creep and deviations to PMO leadership for timely corrective action.
- Resource & Capacity Planning Support
- Maintain resource allocation views and utilization dashboards.
- Coordinate with delivery leads to highlight capacity gaps and upcoming needs.
- Stakeholder Communication & Updates
- Create regular portfolio summaries, governance updates, and leadership reports.
- Act as a central coordination point between PMs, Delivery Leads, and PMO Leadership.
- Process Improvement & Standardization
- Support implementation of PMO best practices, templates, and governance checkpoints.
- Help identify recurring issues and suggest improvements in delivery workflows.
- Compliance & Governance Discipline
- Ensure teams follow project documentation standards, baseline updates, MoM quality, and cadence compliance.
- Conduct periodic checks on Rocketlane data accuracy and project hygiene.
Key Performance Metrics
