Role Overview

We are seeking a Partnerships & Alliances Manager / PMO who will serve as the first point of contact for all partners, clients, and alliances across the group. This is a high-visibility, cross-entity role responsible for building and managing strategic relationships, ensuring smooth agreement processing, and supporting the growth of our partner ecosystem.

You will collaborate closely with the Founders, Senior Partners, and Delivery teams to drive excellence in client engagement and partnership execution.


Key Responsibilities

- Partnerships & Alliances Management

* Build, nurture, and manage relationships with partners, clients, and key external stakeholders across ExoTalent, LinkCxO, and LeadersEdge

* Identify and onboard new partners that align with the group’s strategic objectives

* Act as the liaison between external partners and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration

- Client Relationship & Agreement Processing

* Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and relationship management

* Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and closure of client agreements and partner contracts

* Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards in all agreements

- Program Management (PMO)

* Track, report, and drive key partnership initiatives and client deliverables across the group

* Set up dashboards and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility

* Support group-level strategic initiatives related to alliances and partnerships


Required Skills & Qualifications

* 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, client relations, or PMO roles

* Exposure to recruitment, HR tech, SaaS, or talent advisory industries preferred

* Strong understanding of contracting, stakeholder management, and strategic partnerships

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and program management skills

* Ability to work across multiple entities, geographies, and seniority levels

* MBA (preferred) or equivalent qualification
