The ideal candidate is a collaborative and analytical team player responsible for working with project and operational data across various business areas. This role involves tracking key metrics, analyzing methodologies, recommending operational improvements, and supporting proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment. The candidate will contribute to the effectiveness and strategic impact of the Project Management Office (PMO).

Responsibilities

Track, analyze, and report project and portfolio data, including key performance indicators and financial metrics
Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders
Support budget planning, tracking, and variance analysis for projects and business initiatives
Maintain awareness of market trends and best practices to inform project and operational strategies
Develop executive-level reporting dashboards and project status updates
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives using OPEX, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies
Assist in proposal evaluation, business case development, and documentation for governance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of
6+ years
of experience in PMO, project coordination, business consulting, or portfolio reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word); advanced Excel skills preferred
Experience working with PPM tools such as MS Project, Jira, Clarity, or ServiceNow PPM
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Certifications

PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM
Microsoft Excel Specialist Certification
CBAP or equivalent Business Analysis certification
Power BI, Tableau, or other Data Analytics Certification
