Job Title: Consultant – Project Management Support & Reporting Location: Thiruvananthapuram Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Consultant to support Project Management and Reporting activities in a Telecom domain. The role requires working closely with client agencies, managing documentation, conducting technical research, supporting daily operations, and contributing to monetization initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analytical, and telecom-related networking skills. Role & Responsibilities: Provide support in project management, reporting, and documentation activities. Gather data, conduct technical/process documentation, and perform technical research. Liaise and coordinate with various client agencies and stakeholders. Participate and contribute to periodic review and status meetings. Assist the client with daily operations and activity tracking. Provide support for monetization-related activities of the client. Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA) and support IT Service Management processes. Assist in Operations reviews and provide technology advisory support. Regular coordination with clients on the progress of fiber laying and telecom infrastructure activities. Support the project managers and domain experts in relevant operational and strategic areas. Education Criteria: B.E./B.Tech from reputed Government recognized institutions. Desirable: MBA / Postgraduate from reputed Government recognized institutions. Mandatory Requirements (CTQs): Minimum 5 years of experience in Information & Communication Technology (ICT) projects or assignments. Prior experience with Telecom or Internet Service Providers. Strong understanding of Fiber Network Operations, including both IT and non-IT domains. Good knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Optical Fiber technology.
