Head Operations pune 15 - 24 years INR 1.5 - 3.25 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role Summary Lead end-to-end plant operations including machining, fabrication, assembly, testing, supply chain, and quality. Ensure timely delivery of defence systems, adherence to standards and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Lead production, machining, fabrication, assembly and testing operations. • Ensure on-time delivery of all defence manufacturing projects. • Maintain DGQA, DGAQA, CEMILAC, ISO & AS9100 compliance. • Lead SCM, vendor development, inventory planning & logistics. • Implement Lean, 5S, TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma & continuous improvement. • Capacity planning, cost optimisation & manpower utilisation. • Drive greenfield/brownfield operational improvements when required. • Review KPIs, dashboards & ensure compliance with QMS & EHS. • Manage large cross-functional teams and coordinate with design, QA, PMG, CNC Shop. Required Skills • Strong technical knowledge: mechanical systems, machining, fabrication, hydraulics. • Defence manufacturing experience preferred. • ERP (SAP/Oracle/Baan), project documentation and audit handling. • Leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder coordination & decision-making.
