Job Description

Job Summary:

EMI/EMC Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead EMI/EMC lab operations and manage testing as per
MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464
, etc.
Handle
testing of defense products
: missile systems (e.g., Pinaka), aircraft subsystems, ground vehicles.
Manage and mentor lab team; plan and oversee test schedules and resources.
Interface with defense clients (DRDO, BEL, HAL), design teams, and certification agencies.
Maintain lab instruments, documentation, and ensure
NABL/ISO compliance
.
Prepare test plans, reports, and ensure technical accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech
in Electronics/Electrical/EC Engineering.
05–10 years
of EMI/EMC testing experience with
5+ years in lab management
.
Strong knowledge of
MIL-STD-461/464, DO-160, CISPR, IEC 61000
, etc.
Proficient in EMI/EMC instruments (spectrum analyzers, LISNs, GTEMs, etc.) and software (EMC32, Keysight, Teseq).
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Experience working with defense clients and understanding of
EMI mitigation techniques
