Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Operate forging hammers, presses, and other related machinery
Heat and shape metal components according to specifications
Inspect forged parts for defects and ensure dimensional accuracy
Maintain equipment and perform routine checks to ensure operational efficiency
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times
Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to meet production targets
Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
Assist in die setup and changeover processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
Prior experience in forging or heavy manufacturing is an advantage
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
Strong understanding of metallurgy and forging processes
Physical stamina and ability to work in high-temperature environments
Basic knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures
Team player with good communication skills
