Submersible Pump Industry Knowledge (Preferably) : Having a strong understanding of submersible pumps and motor components, including castings, Stainless Steel, copper, winding wires, stamping, Fasteners, Bearings, Pump & Motor Casing, machining parts, Seals, plastic parts (seals and gaskets). Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 2. Experience: 2 - 6 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a submersible pump manufacturing company. 3. Hands-on Experience: Experience in purchasing castings, bought-out items, machining parts, and plastic parts. 5. Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills. Nice to Have: 1. Experience in ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle. 2. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles. 3. Experience in managing cross-functional teams
