Role Overview: We are looking for a Program Manager / Analyst to drive strategic initiatives and support cross-functional collaboration across business, operations, tech, and product teams. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about analytics, problem-solving, and driving execution in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Operational and Cross-Functional Coordination

○ Drive strategic projects and ensure timely execution through effective coordination across teams.

○ Act as the communication bridge between ground teams and central functions.

○ Identify and solve operational ineffi ciencies to improve collaboration and productivity.

○ Facilitate structured problem-solving, initiative tracking, and stakeholder alignment.

○ Gather stakeholder feedback regularly and adjust initiatives accordingly.

● Analytical Insights and Decision Support

○ Analyze large data sets to generate actionable insights for business and operations.

○ Build and manage performance dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or other tools.

○ Track business KPIs such as cost effi ciency, productivity, and SLA compliance.

○ Recommend data-backed process improvements by identifying bottlenecks.

● Go-To-Market (GTM) and Presentation Support

○ Collaborate with sales and marketing to support GTM planning and initiatives.

○ Develop structured business presentations for leadership and external stakeholders.

○ Maintain organized documentation and internal trackers across GTM functions.

Qualifications

● 0–4 years of experience in program management, business operations, or analytics.

● Advanced profi ciency in Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory).

● Knowledge of BI/dashboarding tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker (preferred).

● Strong project management, multitasking, and coordination skills.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

● Self-starter with a go-getter attitude, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
