Ensuring that vendors comply with Prozos" service quality and operational standards. - **Client Onboarding & First-Time Right (FTR) Execution:** Collaborating with sales and operations teams to facilitate smooth PTL client onboarding. Ensuring First-Time Right (FTR) execution by aligning services with client requirements. - **PTL Operations & Performance Management:** Overseeing the shipment lifecycle, which includes pick-ups and deliveries, TAT adherence, and failure management. Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for TAT breaches to enhance service reliability. - **Commercial & Pricing Support:** Assisting in the development of competitive PTL pricing models in coordination with the sales team. Ensuring that pricing aligns with operational feasibility and market benchmarks. - **Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration:** Leading and mentoring the PTL operations team to drive efficiency and uphold service excellence. Working closely with internal teams (sales, tech, and operations) as well as external partners to enhance PTL business operations. The preferred candidate profile for this role includes: - 5-10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 5 years specifically in PTL/Distribution/Milk-run operations. - Strong expertise in vendor management, delivery TATs, and failure resolution. - Proven ability to conduct RCA and CAPA for operational improvements. - Experience in commercial discussions and support for pricing strategies. - Excellent team leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.,
