Compensation & Benefits Compensation: Fixed Rs. 9 LPA to Rs. 13.5 LPA, and an up to 20% variable pay component linked to annual performance rating. Our Integrated Learning Mission (ILM) vertical is dedicated to enhancing educational outcomes, empowering educators, Deploying digitally-enabled solutions in educational technology and Infrastructure support to government schools and Anganwadi to ensure equitable access to quality education across India. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – Integrated Learning Mission (Education) to lead strategic initiatives, design and drive high-impact education programs, and foster new partnerships with key stakeholders in this sector . This role will involve program design, execution, monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership, ensuring alignment with SBI Foundation’s mission and national education policies. Required Qualifications & Experience Master's degree in education, Public Policy, Development Studies , or a related field. Minimum 08 years of experience in education program management, CSR, or impact-driven initiatives . Deep understanding of NEP 2020, Right to Education Act, Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 4 - Quality Education) . Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning & Program Development Design and lead education-focused CSR initiatives Develop innovative and scalable models with a focus on improving learning outcomes, teacher training, STEM Education, Scholarships and pedagogy development. Promote technology-driven education solutions and innovative pedagogical practices. 2. Program Implementation & Monitoring Ensure efficient implementation and monitoring of CSR projects across the country. Collaborate with implementation partners, NGOs, and government bodies to achieve program objectives. Define and track KPIs and impact metrics to ensure sustainability and effectiveness. Conduct field visits to assess program implementation and interact with stakeholders. 3. Stakeholder & Partnership Management Build and manage high-value partnerships with educational institutions, NGOs, government agencies, and EdTech organizations. Represent SBI Foundation in policy forums, CSR networks, and thought leadership platforms . 4. Budget & Financial Management Oversee financial planning, fund utilization, and cost efficiency of projects under ILM Vertical. Ensure compliance, transparency, and accountability in fund disbursement and project execution. Conduct due diligence on partners, vendors, and funding mechanisms . 5. Impact Assessment & Reporting Develop robust monitoring frameworks to evaluate project effectiveness. Prepare project reports , case studies, etc. in collaboration with the Marketing Team. 6. Team Leadership & People Development Lead and mentor a team of young professionals , fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance. Provide guidance, professional development opportunities, and performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness. Skills & Competencies Strategic Leadership & Program Management – Proven ability to design, implement, and scale education initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement – Strong capability in building partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and donors. Digital & Blended Learning – Knowledge of EdTech solutions, e-learning platforms, and technology integration in education. Strong Communication & Presentation Skills Team Leadership & People Management – Experience in mentoring and leading multi-functional teams.
