About the Role

Program Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement a transdisciplinary, value-integrated curriculum aligned with NCF 2023

Lead teacher training, workshops, and ongoing professional development

Collaborate with the Principal on teacher recruitment and mentoring

Guide families through school orientation and philosophy communication

Represent Siddhim in educational networks and community engagement initiatives

Build a reflective, collaborative learning culture across the school

• Experience in 

  curriculum design

   and 

  progressive pedagogy

   (experiential, project-based, transdisciplinary)
• Strong facilitation and mentoring skills
• Comfort with a 

  residential, community-based lifestyle

• Excellent communication skills in 

  English and Hindi

Preferred Background:

• Exposure to 

  Cambridge, NCF 2023, SEL, Design Thinking, or Systems Thinking

• Background in 

  teacher training or school-wide pedagogical leadership
