Production Manager

1, Production Manager – Key Responsibilities1. Production Planning & Control

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Allocate manpower, machinery, and resources efficiently.
• Monitor daily production outputs and adjust schedules as required.

2. Quality Assurance

• Ensure that all products meet quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control team to resolve product or process issues.
• Implement continuous improvement measures to enhance product quality.

3. Process Optimization

• Analyze production processes for cost efficiency and productivity improvement.
• Introduce automation or lean manufacturing practices where applicable.
• Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime.

4. Team Management

• Supervise and lead production staff and shift supervisors.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
• Maintain a safe, disciplined, and motivating work environment.

5. Inventory & Resource Management

• Ensure raw materials, tools, and equipment are available as per production requirements.
• Minimize wastage of materials and optimize usage.
• Coordinate with the store and purchase departments for timely material availability.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain production records, daily reports, and performance data.
• Prepare production summaries for management review.
• Track KPIs such as output, yield, downtime, and efficiency.

7. Safety & Compliance

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to company and legal safety standards.
• Conduct safety audits and training sessions for staff.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and environmental norms.

8. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with R&D, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve production issues.
• Communicate production updates and challenges to senior management.
• Support new product development and trial production runs.

9. DAILY UPDATE INVENTORY MANAGEMENT , SEND DAILY REPORTS TO SENIOR STAFF

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
