Data Entry Clerk

A Data Entry professional is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in computer systems and databases. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure that data is organized, complete, and error-free.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data from various sources into company databases, spreadsheets, or software systems.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of information before input.
• Review and correct data errors or inconsistencies.
• Generate reports, maintain records, and ensure data is easily accessible when required

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in computer applications such as MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in data entry or administrative work is an advantage.
