Data Entry Clerk

As a Data Entry Specialist at our company, your role involves accurately and efficiently entering data from various sources into company databases and digital systems. You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying entered data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections to ensure data integrity. Your duties also include organizing and maintaining digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and access to information. Additionally, you will generate data reports and summaries as requested by management or team members, using spreadsheets and other software tools. It is important to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and perform regular data backups to prevent data loss. You may also provide general administrative support, such as processing paperwork or assisting with special projects requiring extensive data entry.
