Hiring: Production Manager (Garment Export)
We are looking for a result-oriented Production Manager to lead our manufacturing unit.
You will be responsible for the entire shop-floor process from cutting to final finishing to ensure on-time delivery and high quality standards. Your role involves managing daily production targets and staff schedules while improving workflows to maximize output and reduce waste. You will ensure all products meet buyer requirements and work closely with the Merchandising, Sampling, and Dispatch teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining factory floor standards for all required social and safety audits.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
