Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused

    Product Support Specialist

    to lead the end-to-end technical engagement with TDMARC clients. This includes onboarding, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
  • Manage

    TDMARC customer accounts

    , serving as the primary point of contact for product support, usage guidance, and troubleshooting.
  • Onboard and guide customers in setting up SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI
  • Manage DNS configurations, monitor domain health, and analyze DMARC reports.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, SMTP, DNS, ports), email infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, spoofing, SMTP servers),

    Experience with web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, landing pages), firewall/email gateway configurations, and Active Directory integrations (LDAP, OAuth, SSO).

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, suggest product improvements, and contribute insights that inform the product roadmap and enhancements.


Qualifications & Skills:

Must-Have:

  • Strong understanding of DNS, Email Protocols (SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Hands-on experience configuring SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Client-facing experience in a technical support or TAM role.


Preferred:

  • Familiarity with email security platforms (like Proofpoint, Mimecast, Cisco, PowerDMARC, etc.)
  • Experience with Postmark, SendGrid, Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoho Mail, etc.
  • Knowledge of BIMI implementation is a plus.
