Job Description

Product Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in digital farming technologies and will play a key role in increasing product adoption, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Digital Farming Products.
Provide technical and operational support to customers and dealers.
Ensure timely response and resolution of support cases as per SLA.
Collaborate with Engineering and IT teams for issue escalation and resolution.
Work closely with Training, Customer Support, and Digital Adoption teams to develop tutorials, videos, and documentation.
Deliver remote support via tele-service, web communication, and virtual training sessions.

Desired Qualification

Bachelors degree in Engineering or Management
Technical Support Experience/Application Support Engineer experience.
Experience in customer support in a B2B2C environment.
Strong understanding and experience in the agriculture industry.
Minimum 2 years of experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps.
Experience supporting offshore customers and dealer networks.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
