To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, possess 5 to 8 years of experience in supporting customers in a B2B2C format, have knowledge of Global Farming Practices and Agronomy, and hold an Agile Product Owner Certification. Additionally, experience with tools like JIRA and/or Azur DevOps, strong negotiation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication in English are essential. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience with Offshore customers, working in the heavy machinery segment, and the agriculture industry.
