We are seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our wool manufacturing company and coordinate closely with our ERP/software development partner. This role is critical in ensuring smooth implementation and day-to-day operation of our software systems that manage inventory, production, sales, and more. You will serve as a link between our production, operations, and the external software team — helping resolve issues, ensure proper usage of the platform, and improve digital adoption across departments. Key Responsibilities: Act as the single point of contact between our team and the software development company. Understand the day-to-day working of the ERP or custom software used in the factory. Monitor how the software is used on the production floor and in admin/sales teams. Train and support staff on how to use different software modules (inventory, production tracking, etc.). Report software bugs, improvement suggestions, and feedback to the software team clearly and promptly. Maintain logs of issues, usage patterns, and common queries. Ensure data is being entered and maintained correctly by relevant departments. Support in documentation, report generation, and helping optimize software usage. Candidate Profile – Who We’re Looking For: Eager to learn how ERP or industry-specific software works (training will be provided). A good communicator who can speak both “industry” and “tech.” Comfortable with tools like Excel, web dashboards, and basic digital systems. Problem-solver with a knack for understanding workflows and improving them. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Textile Technology, or related field. Prior experience in support, operations, or ERP usage is a plus. Ability to speak in Hindi and English. Knowledge of regional languages is a bonus.
