Product Support Specialist

Role Overview: You will be a valuable part of the customer team at Saleshandy, a global SaaS company, where you will assist customers through chat & email, conduct live sessions, educate them on features, troubleshoot technical issues, drive customer retention, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the product offering. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers via chat & email, solving issues and ensuring a smooth user experience - Conduct live sessions & onboarding calls to guide users through the platform - Educate customers on features, best practices & potential upgrades - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide quick, effective solutions - Identify pain points & work with the team to improve user experience - Drive customer retention by proactively helping users succeed with the product - Work cross-functionally with product, sales & marketing teams to enhance the product offering Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills, especially in written form - Strong problem-solving abilities - Experience in chat/email support & handling queries effectively - Passion for helping customers & a growth mindset - Ability to simplify complex topics & explain them in a user-friendly manner - Self-motivated, proactive & adaptable to new tools and technologies - Familiarity with customer success & retention strategies is a bonus Additional Details: Saleshandy is a future-ready outreach platform that eliminates manual work and helps businesses generate more leads efficiently and at scale.
