Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative Associate Product Designer to join our team. As an Associcate Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual aspects of our digital products and ensuring they provide a seamless and aesthetically pleasing user experience. Key Responsibilities: User Interface Design: Create visually engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with the overall design strategy and brand identity. Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively. Design Consistency: Maintain design consistency across all digital platforms and ensure adherence to brand guidelines. User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and incorporate user feedback into the design process. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, and product managers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional and visually appealing interfaces. Icon and Illustration Design: Design icons, illustrations, and other graphical elements to enhance the user interface. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate in your role. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1-2 years of experience as a UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Strong visual design skills, including layout, color theory, and typography. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
