Associate Product Designer

Develop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes. - **Rapid Prototyping:** Translate concepts into visual assets swiftly and incorporate feedback to enhance product designs iteratively. - **Product Ideation:** Engage in ideation sessions to conceptualize new products or features that harness AI for improved business information reporting. - **User Research:** Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors. Utilize insights to drive design choices and enhance user experience. - **Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with design colleagues, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are implementable and aligned with business objectives. - **Design System Management:** Establish and uphold a design system to ensure consistency across the product suite and streamline the design process. **Qualifications:** - Demonstrated experience as a Product Designer with a comprehensive portfolio showcasing interaction design and visual design skills. - Proficiency in Figma and other essential design tools for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - Experience in rapid prototyping and dynamic UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. - Strong grasp of user-centered design principles with a history of their successful application in various projects. - Knowledge of current UI/UX trends, particularly within AI and business intelligence platforms. - Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field; a Master's degree is advantageous. - Previous exposure to a startup or fast-paced environment collaborating with cross-functional teams is highly preferred.
