As an Associate Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping user-centric solutions through innovative design practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support senior designers, and contribute to the development of exceptional user experiences that align with business goals. Design Execution
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and polished design assets using tools like Figma.
- Apply design principles to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and refine designs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, workshops, and design critiques.
- Facilitate smooth design-to-development handoffs, providing necessary specifications and documentation.
Research & Usability
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Analyze research findings to identify opportunities for improving product usability and user satisfaction.
- Advocate for user-centered design practices within the team.
Innovation And Learning
- Stay updated with design trends, emerging tools, and best practices.
- Brainstorm and experiment with innovative design approaches to enhance product offerings.
- Take ownership of small projects and mentor interns or junior team members as needed.
What you will need to be great in this role
Experience
- 3-6 years of experience in UX/UI or product design roles.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful design solutions in collaborative environments.
Skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

- Design thinking or ideation certifications (e.g., IDEO, LUMA Institute).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, supported by Scrum or other relevant certifications.
